Create or Reset Your Password

As a first-time user, or if you have forgotten your password, you must create a password for accessing this site.

Requirements For Creating a Password

Your password must:

  • Be at least 8 and no more than 20 characters long.
  • Contain at least three of the four following criteria
    • at least one upper-case character.
    • at least one lower-case character.
    • at least one number.
    • at least one of these special symbols: ^$+*?.|(){}[]\`~!@#%&-_=;:'<>,?/.
  • Not contain a character that is repeated more than four times.

Additional Tips

  • Your password should be easy for you to remember without writing it down, but difficult for others to guess.
  • Avoid words slang words, dialect, jargon, etc.
  • Do not base your password on personal information, names of family members, names of pets.
  • Do not use terms related to your activities or hobbies.
  • When changing your password, try to make a complete change of topic and wording.

To create or reset your password, provide the information below:

You are being asked for the last 6 digits of your Social Security Number and birthdate in order to validate your UPI logon, and ensure the confidentiality of the information contained in this system. This is only required for your initial entry, and whenever you change your password.

Forgot Your Login ID?


Your login ID is your AbbVie Universal Person Identifier (UPI), an AbbVie-generated number. If you have forgotten your UPI you may look up your UPI at If you are unable to access your UPI, call the Global Service Desk at 847.938.1234 or toll free 800.862.9054. Upon verification, the GSD Agent will provide you with your UPI number.

To locate your PCYC Employee ID number, log-in to Workday and click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, then click on ‘View Profile’. Your Employee ID number is located directly below ‘Job Details’. You may also contact Pharmacyclics Benefits Center at 844-729-2236 (844-PCYCBEN).
